Jr. Client Servicing Executive

The responsibilities for this position include: - Providing MIS for the Kolkata Sales team, including revenues and forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis as per various profit centers based on inputs from the Sales team - Sending Cheque reports and liaising with Accounts for Bills & Receipts of Clients - Providing monthly/quarterly updates to clients on Hit Reports, promotion status, Articles etc - Liaising with the production teams for regular updates and follow-up for work - Responding to client queries and preparing initial drafts of the proposals The successful candidate will work as part of the Kolkata Sales team and report to the Head of Web-Solution Sales in Kolkata. This role is result-oriented with excellent growth prospects. Qualifications: - Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Spoken knowledge of local languages would be appreciated, though not essential - Graduates would be preferred Experience: - 1 year's experience of working in back-office operations of a sales function is desirable Location: Kolkata Age: 22 - 30 years Remuneration: Remuneration would be commensurate with experience and qualifications.,
