Jr. Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for a Jr. Client Servicing Executive who is passionate about client relationships, brand management, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency and possess strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the creative, content, and performance teams.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality output within deadlines.
• Support in creating campaign briefs, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain long-term client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Assist senior servicing managers in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and campaign best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency (client servicing role).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
