The Junior Business Development Specialist will support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to revenue expansion. This role requires strong communication, market understanding, and a proactive approach to lead generation and conversion.
• Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and industry platforms.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and management teams to support business growth strategies.
• Track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and pipeline updates.
• Support senior team members during negotiations and client meetings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales cycles, client acquisition, and business processes.
• Ability to research, analyze, and interpret market trends.
• Good negotiation & persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
