Shine Dezign Infonet Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates or postgraduates who are eager to build their careers in Business Development. As a Jr. BDE, you will be trained in lead generation, bidding on platforms like Upwork, client communication, and project coordination. This is a great opportunity to begin your career in the fast-growing IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Bidding

• Learn to identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork.
• Assist in generating leads and qualifying them with the guidance of senior team members.
• Support in writing proposals based on client needs.

Sales & Communication

• Communicate professionally with clients via email and chat.
• Join client calls, help with follow-ups, and support negotiation efforts.
• Learn to build long-term relationships with clients.

Technical Understanding

• Develop a basic understanding of web and mobile development services.
• Coordinate with the technical team to gather project details and cost inputs.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain records of bids, leads, and outcomes with the help of the team.
• Share daily/weekly updates with the reporting manager.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

✔ Graduates or Postgraduates from any of the following streams:
BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc., MCA, M.Sc. IT or equivalent
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Interest in IT, client communication, and online bidding platforms (training provided)
✔ Basic understanding of freelancing platforms like Upwork (preferred)
✔ Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
