Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms.
• Write compelling proposals and bids tailored to client requirements.
• Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and video calls to understand their needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth project handover to the delivery team.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve sales targets and company growth goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Business Development / Online Bidding (freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).
• Platforms: Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn lead generation.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English for interacting with international clients.
• Tech Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services, web/mobile development, or digital marketing (preferred).
• Skills: Proposal writing, client communication, negotiation, and time management.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn & grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
