We are looking for a sharp, confident, and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to help scale our business through Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities via Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other platforms Write persuasive proposals and convert leads into long-term clients Coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver suitable client solutions Build strong relationships and maintain communication with clients Track market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management Requirements Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong understanding of Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms Basic technical knowledge of web, app development, and IT services Good negotiation and client handling skills Capable of writing clear and convincing business proposals Self-motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable to night shifts Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field What We Offer 5 days working Salary credited on the 1st of every month without fail Flexible leave policy – apply for any number of leaves with approval 1.5x pay for approved overtime work No sandwich leave policy Yearly bonus based on experience and previous year's performance Free and positive work environment Show more Show less
