Key Responsibilities Accurately input and update patient demographics (name, DOB, address, contact) into CRM and RIS/PACS. Enter and validate referral information from physicians (fax, email, EMR feeds). Upload and index insurance details, pre-authorization approvals, and clinical documents . Update exam metadata (procedure type, status, scheduling details) in imaging systems. Perform data cleansing (deduplication, corrections, standardization) to maintain data integrity.
