Jr. Business Development Executive

ProLance IT is looking for a self-motivated Business Development Executive to spearhead growth initiatives through the identification of new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with technical teams to provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities include: - Identifying and bidding on projects through various platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru. - Engaging with B2B clients and agency partners to grasp their needs and propose custom solutions. - Collaborating with internal teams to evaluate project feasibility, establish timelines, and ensure timely completion. - Crafting proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing deals. - Overseeing end-to-end client communication and fostering enduring relationships. - Developing impactful business documents such as proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate should possess: - Solid background in business development or sales, particularly in the IT or services sector. - Proficiency in bidding on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer. - Exceptional communication and negotiation aptitude. - Experience in creating business proposals and delivering client presentations. - Self-motivation, target-oriented mindset, and a drive for professional advancement. - Proficiency in both written and spoken English. - Preference will be given to candidates based in Surat. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
