1.? ?Lead Generation & Research:
Learn how to identify potential D2C brands using tools like LinkedIn, online directories, and research platforms.
Support the outreach process through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
Assist in building and maintaining a list of qualified prospects.
2.? ?Sales Outreach & Qualification:
Connect with decision-makers (Founders, Marketing Heads, Growth Leaders) under supervision.
Understand basic client needs and help qualify leads with the guidance of senior team members.
Learn frameworks like BANT to evaluate prospects effectively.
3.? ?Pitching Support & Coordination:
Assist in creating customised pitches, presentations, and proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, media, creative) to gather inputs for tailored solutions.
Learn how to communicate the agencys offerings and value proposition.
4.? ?Deal Support & Onboarding:
Shadow and support senior executives during the proposal and negotiation stages.
Help document deals and client conversations in the CRM.
Assist with the smooth onboarding of new clients in collaboration with the account team.
5.? ?Reporting & Learning:
Track and report outreach efforts and outcomes.
Gather market insights and feedback from interactions to improve outreach strategies.
Continuously learn about digital marketing trends, tools, and D2C growth strategies.
What Were Looking For:
A strong interest in sales, digital marketing, and the D2C industry.
Excellent communication skills clear, persuasive, and professional.
Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of digital platforms like Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, or influencer marketing is a plus.
