Job Description

Job Title: Jr. Business Development Executive

Location: Bangalore

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (5 days working)

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Education: B.Tech (Electronics & Communication / Mechanical) or MBA.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking platforms.
Explain company products/services and address client queries effectively.
Generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
Maintain and update client records in CRM tools.
Support in achieving sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
