Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and disciplined freshers to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn about IT services sales, client communication, and lead generation. Selected candidates will undergo structured training/internship to gain hands-on experience before moving into full-time responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities (Post Training):

• Learn and support lead generation activities through LinkedIn, bidding portals, emails, and cold outreach.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and client calls.
• Participate in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Work with senior team members to understand client requirements and deliverables.
• Maintain sales pipeline and update progress regularly.
• Stay disciplined, follow processes, and adapt to fast-paced IT services sales environment.

Required skills & Qualities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and eagerness to learn.
• Basic understanding of IT services (web development, mobile apps, ERP/CRM, automation, etc.) is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in handling conversations.
• Ability to follow guidance, learn quickly, and contribute effectively.

Compensation:

• Stipend (Training / Internship Period):

  ₹5,000 per month

• Salary (Post Training):

  ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on performance)

• Incentives:

  Additional performance-based incentives (details to be discussed with shortlisted candidates)
