Job Description

RainStream Technologies is a fast-growing IT services company helping businesses worldwide achieve their goals with innovative solutions. We are now looking for a passionate Junior Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to global client acquisition and business growth.

Role and Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms.
Write compelling proposals and bids tailored to client requirements.
Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and video calls to understand their needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth project handover to the delivery team.
Collaborate with senior management to achieve sales targets and company growth goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirement

Experience: 6 months 1 year in Business Development / Online Bidding (freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).
Platforms: Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn lead generation.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English for interacting with international clients.
Tech Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services, web/mobile development, or digital marketing (preferred).
Skills: Proposal writing, client communication, negotiation, and time management.
Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn grow.
