Role Overview

As a LinkedIn Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality leads through LinkedIn. You will use advanced search strategies, Boolean operators, and personalized communication to connect with potential clients and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles/pages for professional branding.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced Boolean search for lead generation.
• Create and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients.
• Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through effective engagement.
• Communicate fluently in English with prospects to build relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales & marketing team for lead nurturing and conversions.
• Track, analyze, and report LinkedIn campaign performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation.
• Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Boolean keywords.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms & outreach best practices.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
