What You’ll Do:

• Strategize & Manage:

  Develop and oversee LinkedIn personal branding strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their professional personas and goals.

• Lead Interns:

  Guide and manage a team of interns to execute LinkedIn activities effectively.

• Content Oversight:

  Review and approve LinkedIn posts, comments, and engagement plans created by interns, ensuring high-quality execution.

• Training:

  Use your hands-on experience to train interns in LinkedIn best practices, including writing, engagement, and analytics.

• Engagement Supervision:

  Monitor interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses across LinkedIn platforms.

• Performance Tracking:

  Analyze LinkedIn analytics to measure the success of strategies, identify areas for improvement, and present results to clients.

• Trend Updates:

  Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and strategies to keep clients ahead in their industries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:

  At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn profiles, creating content, and engaging with audiences.

• Leadership Skills:

  Proven ability to manage and guide a team to deliver results.

• Strategic Thinking:

  Strong ability to create impactful LinkedIn strategies and oversee their execution.

• Writing Skills:

  Exceptional writing and editing skills to guide content creation.

• Social Media Expertise:

  In-depth understanding of LinkedIn as a platform.

• Analytics:

  Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics tools to measure success and optimize strategies.

• Hands-On Experience:

  You’ve done it all yourself before and can confidently train others.
