Role Overview

As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales growth. You should have strong English communication skills (written & verbal), good learning ability, and basic technical knowledge in the IT field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients and convert leads into meetings.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly.
• Research market trends and competitors to support business growth.

Requirements

• Graduate in IT/related field with basic technical knowledge.
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Good learning ability and positive attitude.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to write professional emails and documents.
• Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,048.07 per month
