Job Description

Account Manager


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and reconcile books of accounts on Tally ERP
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer invoicing
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns
  • Monitor budgets and analyze variances to control costs
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
  • Coordinate with internal departments for cost tracking and inventory accounting
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as needed
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial dashboards for management
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies


Required Qualifications & Skills:


  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and knowledge of accounting software (SAP preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and Indian GAAP
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred
