Job Description

We are hiring – Store In-Charge

Location:

Department:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing.
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and maintenance of the store.
Handle customer interactions, product demonstrations, and feedback collection.
Maintain stock levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
Prepare and share daily sales reports and customer feedback.
Ensure proper product knowledge and promote key items to customers.
Maintain billing, cash handling, and documentation as per company standards.
Support in-store promotions, sampling activities, and events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Strong communication skills with fluency in both English and Kannada are required
Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
