Job Title: Junior Accountant – Inventory & Production
Location: Ambarnath, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to handle daily accounting and inventory-related activities at our warehouse and production unit in Ambarnath. The role requires proficiency in Tally ERP and a good understanding of inventory tracking, purchase documentation, and statutory compliance including

e-Invoicing and e-Way Bills.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in accounting, especially in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and validate daily production entries in Tally ERP.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory levels regularly.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and purchase invoices.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve any purchase discrepancies.
• Generate and manage e-Invoices and e-Way Bills in compliance with GST regulations.
• Assist in inventory audits, stock reconciliations, and reporting variances.
• Work with internal teams for material requirements and stock movement.
• Maintain proper filing of purchase, stock, and accounting documents.
• Support management in cost tracking, budgeting, and report generation.

Requirements

• Experience: 0–2 years of accounting experience (manufacturing/warehouse preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, knowledge of GST, e-Invoicing & e-Way Bill processes.
• Other Skills: Strong understanding of inventory systems, basic MS Excel knowledge, and good email communication.
• Qualities: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Education

• B.Com / M.Com (Accounting, Finance, or related field).
