Job Description

Core responsibilities

Data entry and record maintenance: Accurately record and maintain all financial transactions and ensure the general ledger is up to date.
Accounts payable and receivable: Process invoices, manage payments, and handle customer billing.
Financial reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Bank and account reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations of bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Audit and compliance support: Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Month-end and year-end closing: Support the closing processes at the end of each accounting period.

Required skills and qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 Years experience in a similar role.
Software proficiency: Expertise in accounting software (such asr Tally), Word and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Analytical skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
