Jr. Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. As a junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial decision-making across our operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate accounting operations

* Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records

* Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations

* Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions

* Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

* Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal audits

* Implement and maintain internal financial controls

* Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

* Provide financial analysis to support management decision-making

Required Skills:

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills

* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

* Adaptability to different financial practices and regulations

Experience:

* Minimum 2 years of progressive accounting experience

* Experience in managing accounting functions for multi-location operations

* Familiarity with Indian accounting standards and tax regulations

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

* CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent professional qualification

* Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle
