Mail Drafting, Letter Drafting, and good knowledge of english
We are seeking a highly skilled & efficient personal assistant to provide administrative support to the director. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in handling emails & have a strong command of English Language. Key Responsibilities - 1) Handle email correspondence, drafting and responding as required. 2) Prepare reports, documents & presentations as needed. 3) Coordinate meetings & conference. 4) Maintain Confidentiality & handle sensitive information with discretion. 5) Provide administrative support and perform other tasks as assigned by the director. Requirements - 1) Graduate with good command on English 2) Strong written & verbal communication in English. 3) Experience with professional email management. 4) Ability to draft documents, communicate effectively. 5) Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently. 6) Ability to handle sensitive information. 7) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
