Requirements 3 to 5 years of professional experience in mobile app development Strong experience building and deploying apps with React Native Develop pixel-perfect, smooth UIs for both Android and iOS platforms Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver polished mobile features Use native APIs and platform tools (XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ) for deeper system integration Diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs to ensure apps feel truly native Write clean, well-documented, reusable JavaScript/TypeScript code Maintain and enhance codebases with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.) Collaborate with the open-source community for mission-critical fixes Transition existing React web apps to performant React Native experiences Firm understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, or ClojureScript, including modern ES6+ features Familiarity with functional or object-oriented programming principles Experience working with third-party dependencies and resolving complex conflicts Strong grasp of REST APIs, asynchronous requests, and offline-first app patterns Hands-on experience with native build tools like XCode, Android Studio, Gradle, or IntelliJ Experience writing unit tests and integration tests using Jest, Mocha, or similar Ability to work in cross-functional teams and own deliverables end-to-end Contributions to React Native open-source projects (bonus points) Experience with animation or gesture libraries like Reanimated or Gesture Handler (bonus points) Knowledge of app publishing workflows on App Store and Play Store (bonus points) Experience building apps with offline capabilities or push notifications (bonus points) Benefits We don’t just hire employees—we invest in people.
