Strong understanding of data migration and data integration techniques, including data mapping, data cleansing, and data validation, which are critical for successful Dynamics 365 F&O implementations. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead project teams, mentor junior team members, and manage project timelines and budgets. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, with a positive attitude and high level of motivation. Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies and practices, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps, which help to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
