Should be able to replicate the issues raised by customers with available information. Deep dive into the issue to find RCA in given SLAs. Troubleshot both functional issues as well as performance issues in the applications. Proactively analyze the events logs and prevent any potential issues from happening. Database - MS SQL / Postgre SQL(Must have) Expert knowledge in writing complex sql queries in ms sql server or postgresql. Should be able to troubleshoot complex stored procedures, functions etc. Troubleshoot performance issues in DB server.
