Front Office Assistant


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Assist with routine administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy
  • Support internal teams with basic clerical duties as needed
  • Handle correspondence, data entry, and documentation tasks

Requirements:


  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • Professional attitude and appearance
