Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in mechanical design engineering Head, with at least 8 years in a leadership or managerial role in the Steel Metal Industry with Complex Designs. Extensive experience with AutoCAD (both 2D & 3D), and proficiency in other design and simulation software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA) is desirable.
