Position: Process Engineering Engineer / Sr. Engineer (Cylinder Assembly)

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Develop robust and scalable manufacturing processes for new products.
Design efficient workflows, define process parameters, and select equipment and technologies.
Specify and procure tooling, fixtures, and equipment for assembly processes.
Lead trial production, identify issues, and drive closed-loop solutions.
Oversee prototype and pilot batch production; perform analysis and optimize processes.
Conduct process audits and follow-ups.
Troubleshoot fixture issues.
Support machine installation and handover to production.
Prepare assembly documentation including WI/SOPs and training materials.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and reduce cycle time.
Implement ECN/PCN.
Prepare/Update PFMEA.
Apply 7 QC tools, Kaizen, and Poka-yoke methodologies.

Candidate Requirements

BE/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Strong experience in Assembly processes.
Knowledge of 7 QC tools, APQP, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, AutoCAD.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred: Experience in assembling cylinders or hydraulic components.
