Job Description: ITI Technician – Production (Lithium Batteries & Inverters)📍 Location: Rajpura, Punjab 🧑‍🏭 Department: Production 👥 Experience: Fresher / Experienced (Any) 🎓 Qualification: ITI – Electrical / Electronics / Fitter / Wireman / Electrician 📝 Job Role & Responsibilities:Assembly and production of Lithium-ion battery packs and Inverter units Cell fixing, spot welding, nickel strip connections BMS (Battery Management System) wiring, testing, and installation Handling basic electrical tools and production equipment Quality inspection of battery packs and inverter components Maintaining safety standards during battery assembly Supporting senior engineers in production activities Packaging and labeling of finished products Maintaining production reports and daily logs 🛠 Required Skills:Basic knowledge of Electrical / Electronics components Understanding of wiring, soldering, and assembly Ability to work in a team and follow instructions Physically fit to handle production work Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies 💼 Salary Range: For Freshers: As per company norms Experienced: Based on skill & interview performance 🕒 Work Schedule:Full-time, Day Shift Overtime available as per requirement 📌 Additional Benefits (If applicable):PF / ESI Training & skill development
