Key Responsibilities: · Ensure all construction activities comply strictly with architectural drawings and project specifications. · Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve design and technical issues. · Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the construction phases. · Supervise the finishing and workmanship of all construction tasks on-site. · Liaise effectively with labour contractors, ensuring smooth workflow and timely task completion. · Arrange and manage labour resources as per project requirements. · Review and verify invoices from material suppliers and labor contractors, facilitating timely payments. · Oversee the smooth handover of completed villas to clients, ensuring all quality and contractual standards are met. · Maintain accurate records and file checklists in the prescribed format for project documentation. · Developing detailed designs. · Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections. · Preparing and implementing project plans. · Researching and providing estimates for projects. · Reviewing government regulations and ordinances. · Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance. · Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems. · Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors. · Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.) Qualifications & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. · Minimum 5 years of site engineering experience. · Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards. · Excellent communication and coordination skills. · Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings. · Ability to manage multiple contractors and resolve site issues efficiently. · Knowledge of Autocad, 2D Design Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Fixed shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total : 5 years (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person

Register workers with Bandhoo and assist in completing basic documentation (ID proof, skill level, past experience).
