Job-Summary:We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer who has strong expertise in preparing, presenting, and managing contractual claims related to National Highway (NH) projects. The candidate must have thorough knowledge of NHAI/ NH offices’ procedures and the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with NH officers for claims settlement, approvals, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare, analyze, and submit claims related to cost, time extension, escalation, and other contractual matters as per NH/ NHAI guidelines.

· Liaise with NH offices and officers to ensure timely resolution and settlement of claims.

· Draft letters, justifications, and technical reports in compliance with contract conditions.

· Maintain proper documentation of site records, correspondences, and claim registers.

· Provide technical support to project teams for dispute resolution and contract management.

· Attend meetings with NH officers and represent the company for claims discussion and negotiation.

· Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, government guidelines, and company policies.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Construction Management/Contracts preferred).

· Minimum 5–7 years of experience in highway/ infrastructure projects, with at least 3 years in claims and contracts management.

· Strong knowledge of NH/ NHAI contract conditions (EPC, BOT, HAM models).

· Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.

· Ability to interact effectively with government authorities and handle claims professionally.
