The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CCTV , Access Control Systems (ACS) , Telephony (IP-based and analog) , Public Address (PA) / Speech , and Siren Systems . This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and OEMs for system integration and issue resolution. Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP & analog), including cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and monitoring stations. Troubleshoot camera streaming, recording issues, analytics (if applicable), and coordinate with OEMs for firmware support. Manage Access Control Systems (ACS) including card readers, biometric devices, controllers, and software. Handle basic configuration and troubleshooting of IP/analog telephony systems , including SIP endpoints and PBX settings. Operate and maintain PA systems (speech broadcast) and siren systems for emergency alerts. Integrate and coordinate multi-system operations, such as linking CCTV with ACS or PA with fire alarm systems. Perform system health checks, firmware upgrades, patching, and routine preventive maintenance. Document wiring, port mapping, IP plans, and system architecture. Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and contractors for system setup and escalations.
