You will be responsible for engaging with customers by greeting them, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle selection process. It will be essential for you to maintain a thorough knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and competitive models. You will need to provide informative demonstrations of vehicle features and conduct test drives to showcase performance. Additionally, you will negotiate prices and terms of sale, address customer concerns, and finalize sales transactions. Ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale, addressing any issues, and encouraging repeat business and referrals will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Greeting customers and understanding their needs - Guiding customers through the vehicle selection process - Maintaining a thorough understanding of vehicle features and specifications - Providing informative demonstrations of vehicle features - Conducting test drives to showcase performance - Negotiating prices and terms of sale - Addressing customer concerns - Finalizing sales transactions - Ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale - Encouraging repeat business and referrals - Completing necessary paperwork - Coordinating with the finance department - Maintaining customer records - Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals - Continuously learning about new vehicle models, technologies, and sales techniques - Participating in dealership events and promotions - Collaborating with other sales team members and dealership staff Qualifications Required: - 1 year of sales experience (Preferred) - Proficiency in Konkani language (Preferred) - 4 wheeler Driving Licence (Required) Please note that the job type is full-time and the work location is in person at the dealership.
