Mobile & Web Developer

What You’ll Do

• Build cross-platform mobile apps using

  Flutter (Dart)

• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React (JavaScript/TypeScript)

• Use AI coding tools

  (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) daily to accelerate development, refactor code, and improve quality
• Work with backend teams to integrate APIs, Firebase/Supabase services, authentication flows, and cloud data systems
• Collaborate with designers and product managers on client projects AND internal Venture Studio products
• Participate in code reviews augmented with AI-based analysis and linting
• Contribute to internal R&D for agentic workflows, automation tools, and emerging AI technologies
• Follow a

  : 3 days onsite at a coworking space in Goa, 2 days remote

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4+ years

  of experience in mobile and/or web development
• Solid hands-on experience with:

• Flutter & Dart

• React / Next.js

• JavaScript / TypeScript

• Experience with cloud services such as Firebase, Supabase, or AWS
• Strong sense of UI/UX polish and front-end performance
• Excitement about AI-accelerated engineering workflows
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to
