The Junior/Assistant Engineer (JE/AE) – Mills (Mechanical) is responsible for achieving the budgeted roll consumption target through efficient planning, timely production, and maintenance of quality and safety standards. 2. The role includes ensuring the availability and upkeep of roll grinding machines at Z3, Z4, and Z5 mills, reducing delays, and enhancing operational efficiency. 3. The candidate is expected to conduct regular team briefings, participate in and facilitate training on safety, preventive maintenance, and process optimization, and monitor key metrics such as roll consumption and production performance to meet departmental goals.
