welding manager Position Summary: The Welding Manager is responsible for overseeing all welding operations within the steel fabrication facility. This includes managing welding personnel, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, coordinating with other departments, and driving efficiency in production processes. The Welding Manager will lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with industry codes and customer specifications.
