Responsible for customer monthly schedule receipt and analysis.
Responsible for Preparation of Monthly schedule plan to run the MRP.
Review the stock status on daily basis with production and maintain Min/Max stock FG Warehouse.
100% Daily Dispatch Plan adherence against customer requirements.
Responsible for Invoice generations of SAP against customer delivery plan.
To follow the post-delivery activity (ASN,POD and Documentations).
Inventory management system follows up in warehouse (Cycle counts and Barcode Scanning Process)
Responsible for 5S activities and Improvement of dispatch and warehouse process.
Daily customer interactions and frequent visits to build customer satisfaction.
Co-ordination with transporters and trip allocation of customer delivery plan.
Responsible for Bin stock count and Reconciliation as per the frequency.
100% delivery performance by adhering on time delivery to customers
100% Stock accuracy and Inventory controls of Warehouse
100% Utilization of SAP usage in warehouse and Invoicing
Continual Improvements of delivery process and benefits in terms of Cost and customer delight
