Role & responsibilities Maintenance of automated assembly machines, PLC based SPM machines, Spin,/Hot plate welding, added knowledge in Utility maintenance of chiller, Compressor DG. Trouble shooting knowledge in assembly machine & PLC base equipment -Omron/Siemens/Delta/Mitsubishi Special Preference - Programming and troubleshooting knowledge in 3 axis and 6 axis Robot (Fanuc, Yaskawa, Nachi make), Knowledge in IATF 16949/ISO14001/ISO45001/ISO50001 Maintaining the Maintenance KPI like MTTR/MTBF/OEE Responsible for 5S activities in Plant maintenance Preferred candidate profile MTTR/MTBF/OEE and Plant Engineering and Plant safety
