Guest Hospitality Associate will welcome, greet, and facilitate the entry of guests. Provide a warm welcome and orientation about the resort's layout, schedule of activities, and available amenities, guide guests in their visit. The associate will work in close coordination with the hospitality and front office team to assist guests, answer queries, and implement team objectives, targets and processes. Shall also take everyday feedback from guests in the manner prescribed by the firm. Shall assist resort manager in everyday resort management with guest convenience and hospitality at core. Maintain current knowledge of the resorts regular events and special functions in order to provide guests with accurate and up-to-date information to answer questions and handle any special requests. Maintain service and hospitality standards to all guests by extending information as warranted and following up on requests as needed. Ensure guests are guided to the appropriate areas for meals, rides, games, folk performances, or workshops. The associate will be required to maintain a courteous and approachable presence throughout the day. Required Skills: Experience in guest hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Polite, patient, and guest-friendly behavior. Ability to create a welcoming and hospitable environment. Dedication and Strong Work Ethic to meet firm objectives and daily tasks. Qualifications Diploma/ Under Graduate Degree in Hotel Management/ Travel and Tourism or related fields.
