Job Title: Civil Engineer (Full-Time, Site-Based) Location: Reliance MET, Jhajjar, Haryana Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Experience Required: 3–7 years (factory/industrial projects preferred) Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering Job Responsibilities: Supervise and guide plastering, flooring, painting, tiling, plumbing, and electrical works Oversee external road development and firefighting equipment installation Check construction quality of toilets, kitchen, pantry, guard rooms, pump room, and water tanks Ensure waterproofing, proper drainage, and finishing quality Monitor and verify contractor/vendor bills and quantities Provide cost optimization suggestions to reduce project expenses Identify and report defects immediately, ensure quick rectification Manage labour (including from labour chowk if needed) and ensure timely work progress Purchase raw materials locally when required Conduct minimum 2 site visits per week and share daily updates via WhatsApp (photos & videos) Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and management for smooth workflow. Requirements: Own motorcycle for site travel Strong knowledge of finishing works, quality checks, and site management Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and manage labour Problem-solving approach and hands-on experience in industrial construction
