State Lead - Logistics - Haryana

Role Overview: As an experienced Customs & Logistics Specialist in the Oil and Gas industry, you will be responsible for various inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure smooth materials and vehicle movements. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating with Kakinada & Vizag Customs for clearances & permissions - Managing reverse logistics for repairs & refurbishment abroad - Providing base support to the RCP-Import Team in inbound & outbound logistics - Special work coordination with customs seniors for various issues - Handling inbound logistics from Chennai air/sea port and Kakinada Port for chartered vessels and project cargo - Coordinating with Custom Brokers, Transporters, Shipping companies, Surveyors for import cargo customs clearance - Monitoring cargo movement from Port to OT/Shorebase and ensuring material arrived in order with documents - Managing claims for damage/shortages - Supporting RCP-Imports in Import & re-export documentation, logistics assistance, and coordination with agents for issues - Providing assistance to WH in Haz. items disposals for custom permissions, EC assistance, and permissions for storage of goods inside port Qualification Required: - Graduate with a PG Degree in Export Import / Materials Management - Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles - Experience in Export, Import, Foreign Trade, Insurance, and Transportation - Thorough understanding of working with custom bonded goods and inside custom bonded areas - Knowledge of working in SEZs - Proficiency in SAP MM Module and MS Office - Knowledge in inspection and audits,
