She should ensure cleaning of theater in service cases and also be present in OTs during surgery at random to check availability of material /or solve any problem therefore. To prepare a duty roster for the theatre staff and also arranging/adjusting for the staff on leaves. • To ensure close liaison with OT staff and Doctors so that negligence do not occur in the operation theater.
