Paints Industry. Roles and Responsibilities Manage retail sales operations at our store in Gandhinagar, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective channel management and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand product offerings. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decision making. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and performance metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in Retail Sales or related field ( Chemicals -Paints & Building Material) Strong understanding of wood finishes/wood coatings products and their applications. Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
