Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) and PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) positions for social studies, accountancy , economics, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Hindi and Sanskrit at Cardinal Warriors School. As a teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, designing innovative teaching methodologies, evaluating students’ progress, and assisting in their academic and personal development. You will collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively with parents, and participate actively in extracurricular activities and school events to foster a holistic learning environment for students.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and Education methodologies
• Proven experience in Teaching and utilizing effective Training techniques
• Excellent Communication abilities and mentoring skills
• Relevant teaching certifications and qualifications (e.g., B.Ed., M.Ed., or equivalent)
• Subject expertise and familiarity with innovative teaching tools and methods
• A commitment to fostering leadership, discipline, and values among students
• Proficiency in classroom management and the ability to create a positive learning environment
• Previous experience in coaching for competitive exams (e.g., NDA, NEET, JEE) is a plus
