Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Dhamtari. The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve business targets. The role includes planning and implementing sales strategies, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and generating business leads. Additional responsibilities include monitoring team performance, analyzing sales data, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong Sales and Business Development skills with experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
Team leadership and management abilities, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills for building client relationships and effective collaboration.
Analytical and Planning skills to develop strategies, set objectives, and meet revenue targets.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting data.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in financial products such as loans and insurance is advantageous.
