Role Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from student leads
  • Counsel NEET aspirants and parents regarding MBBS admissions in Kyrgyzstan
  • Explain eligibility criteria, admission process, fees, and documentation
  • Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and student data
  • Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for smooth processing


Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of experience in education counselling or telecalling
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Basic computer knowledge
