Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with branch heads, bank relationship managers (RMs), and key stakeholders. Ensure seamless coordination between the bank and the insurance company. Conduct regular meetings and reviews with bank teams to improve engagement. Team Leadership & Training: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs). Provide training and development on insurance products, compliance, and best sales practices. Conduct joint calls with bank staff to support sales efforts. Operational & Compliance Adherence: Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, company policies, and bank guidelines. Monitor and drive quality in policy issuance, customer service, and claims processes. Manage MIS reporting, business analytics, and performance tracking. Customer Engagement & Retention: Promote customer-centric solutions and drive high service standards. Work on strategies to improve policy persistency and customer retention. Key Requirements: Educational & Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in Bancassurance, Insurance Sales, or Financial Services. Prior experience in managing banking partners is an advantage. Skills & Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities. Leadership and team management experience. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of insurance products, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
