Job description This is a remote position. Project site management. 1. Supervise solar installers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety and technical standards. 2. Managing and carrying the execution teams during mobilization, installation, testing, commissioning, or performance monitoring, demobilization etc. 3. Receipt of material, handling and accountability. 4. Perform pre commissioning and commissioning tests for charging. 5. Coordinating and lesioning with DISCOMs and statutory authorities for net metering arrangement. 6. Innovate means to reduce costs, minimize risks and increase profitability of projects, without compromising safety and quality. 7. Updating and monitoring the projects through the ERP module 8. Sales support 9. Shall perform site survey, analyze the input from the 10. client & designing electrical documents & drawings as per client requirement. 11. Prepare offer as for the pre prepared format and costing sheets. Submitting and pursuing with the client, in the identified areas. 12. Reporting. 13. This post will be located in Uttar Pradesh. However as for the project /sales support requirement would need to travel other parts of India frequently. 14. Site working Teams, as for the project life cycle requirement. 15. There can be many sites/projects in parallel, as for the size, criticality and requirement. Essential Skill set Required 1. The candidate should be fluent in speaking and writing in English & hindi language. 2. He should have 1-3years of experience. Out of these at least 1 year in Solar PV sector. 3. Knowledge of project management concepts and familiarity with one of the software like MS project, etc. is desired. 4. Solar PV design experience through any one like, PV syst / Helioscope / Sketchup / TSL tools. 5. Strong team carrying ability. 6. Good verbal and written communication. 7. He should have exposure to various statutory requirements for the construction sites. 8. He should have strong visualization & planning capability. 9. Should have basic electronics/ electrical knowledge 10. Knowledge in using tools like multimeter and other electronic devices 11. Knowledge of using basic mechanical tools 12. Basic computer knowledge. Good To Have 1.
