Addressing Customer Issues: Responding to customer inquiries and complaints related to meter readings, billing, and utility services, providing timely and effective solutions. Identifying and Resolving Meter Issues: Investigating and resolving issues related to meter malfunctions, damage, or tampering, ensuring proper functionality and accurate billing.
