Requirements Desired Qualifications & Experience: M.SC./M.A. Social Sciences/ M.B.A. The candidate should have at least 3 - 5 years of experience of grassroot level implementation, community engagement with prior experience of handling sustainable livelihoods and social development projects with women in particular. The candidate should be output driven and be able to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders. The candidate should be process conscious and sensitive to diversity and vulnerability based on gender and ethnicity. Preference will be for candidates with experience of working in the region and in the preferably in the handloom and handicrafts sector in particular.
