Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role located in Guwahati. The Account Executive will- Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally/Zoho/other ERP systems. Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, R9/9C support). Assist with TDS computations, returns, and Form 16/16A generation. Support in income tax return preparation for individuals, firms, and companies. Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely submissions. Support statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit fieldwork. Prepare audit working papers, vouching, verification, and documentation. Assist in follow-up with clients regarding audit queries and data requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field. 0–3 years of experience working in a CA firm (preferred). Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software. Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA forms, audit procedures. Strong understanding of accounting standards and compliance timelines. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
